HOW TO USE IT

To be grated or, even better, to be carefully shredded with a knife, for its soft texture. To
be eventually used together with butter, cooking cream or extra virgin olive oil, to prepare
truffle tagliolini or risotto. Do not forget to exploit also the steering fluid in the jar as a
condiment.
